A product has wrong calories or macros

Open the product in the app and fix it — your copy is yours. You can also report it in the shared database, or email us the product name and barcode.

AI doesn't recognize food

Check Settings → AI. Apple Intelligence works on supported iPhones on device, for text input. For photos you need a key with vision — a free OpenRouter key (see the guide) or your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini key. You can always edit grams and macros before saving.

My data didn't sync to another device

Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive on, and open the app on both devices. Sync can take a few minutes.
